Files of 8 megs or less can be either emailed or sent to the FTP site. Files of between 8 and 25 megs should be sent to the FTP site. Files over 25 megs should be broken down into smaller files or written to CD and forwarded by mail or other carrier.
If we are to work on your files, or create your layout, you can usually send what you have and we will get it into the format we need. That is what we do! If you are sending print-ready files please be certain that you are aware of what this entails. General guidelines: Files should be be converted from RGB to CYMK; fonts should be embedded in the file (or in some cases sent with the files.) Be certain your resolution is sufficient for high quality printing. Be aware!! Most non-printing professionals DO NOT have monitors that are closely calibrated to the printing process. Therefore, the color you are likely to get most probably IS NOT the color you are looking at on your monitor. If you do not completely understand this process call to discusss.
