Our ColorBrochures are printed in book weights on either 100# gloss coated or 70# uncoated white stock. Gloss white 95# cover stock is also available. Any combination of process color is available on both sides of your piece. A medium gloss aqueous coating is standard at no additional cost. Base costs are for printed flat sheets; folding is optional and priced separately. Delivery is generally 8 - 11 working days from your final approval of proofs.

DELIVERY: Add 10% to the ADJUSTED COST PRICE of any quantity for standard ground delivery to any continental US business address. (NOT a PO Box; not a residence. Alaska/Hawaii, call for freight estimate).

TYPE/LAYOUT: Prices below assume you are providing print ready PDF files (Photoshop files OK.) You may use unlimited images and color. There is no additional charge for "bleeds." A review of your files for suitability for printing is included. If you are not able to provide print ready files we would be pleased to estimate that cost for you or make a referral to a qualified graphic artist.

PDF PROOFS: PDF proofs are provided at no additional cost and are appropriate for lower cost projects for which color accuracy is not critical.

HIGH RESOLUTION PROOFS: By special arrrangment, we now have hard copy, high resolution color proofing available at low cost for all orders. For projects which require accurate color reporduction WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPTION. It is a virtual certainty that your monitor and/or your color printer DO NOT accurately replicate offset printing conditions or standards. Pricing is for any size below and includes proofing both sides at the same cost. Specify whether you wish expedited service @ $50 (normally 2-3 working days to receipt) or standard service @ $35 (normally 4-6 working days to receipt). Changes to a file after high reslution proof generally incurs a cost of $50 plus cost of reproofing, if required. If the proof is approved without change, we can take your approval by email and proceed with job; proofs must be returned to us by mail or courier.

Pricing Below is BASE COST for 100# white coated book paper. Add for other weights and finishes per schedule to get ADJUSTED COST PRICING.

100# White Coated Book Paper
Calculating ADJUSTED COST PRICE for stock substitution: 95# white gloss cover stock - quantities to 2500 add 40% to above, 5000 and up add 30%. 70# white uncoated book, add 20% to all quantities.

Folding, all quantities: Add 15% to the adjusted cost price for one fold (two panel); 18% for two parallel folds (3 panel or quarter fold.)
